An initiative from the Department of Economic Development and Tourism (DEDAT) | FET College lecturer – Occupational Trainer project

Another successful partnership project with Department of Economic Development and Tourism, Workforce Development Unit and SAOGA is the FET College lecturer – Occupational Trainer project. A unique advantage of the project is the opportunity it provides for cross pollination between industry occupational trainers and FET College lectures. Twenty Fitting related FET College lecturers from Colleges of Cape Town-, False Bay-, Northlink and West Coast FET’s have the opportunity to actively engage with industry occupational trainers and with the industry to compare notes on training and new developments in industry.
