When Human Behaviour Skews the Innovation Process – by Colin Crabtree

When it comes to the discipline of human behaviour I am no expert. However I am deeply interested in that of innovation and how the innovation process and the results obtained therefrom may be affected by human behaviour. This has led me to do some research to uncover some of the traits, behaviours and the results of these behaviours that we humans have and display from time to time, specifically when interacting with each other. Needless to say we are a complex species!

The Intersection of Yammer and Innovation

“…Yammer is now being used as a mini open innovation tool albeit it closed to the staff. Good ideas are filtered and assessed and those that make the grade are taken to business case level for presentation to the exec for consideration to commercialize.
